We specialize in auto injury rehabilitation for our patients who were in an auto accident. We have leads with telephone numbers, emails, and decision makers contacts and are looking for someone to call the leads and obtain visits to start new referral relationships. We will also be able to refer them business!!! Compensation will be hourly plus commissions $10-$15/hour + commissions for new visits See sample script, Im calling from Next Gen Physical Therapy in Southfield and would like to know who to speak with your company who is in charge of receiving new referrals from our company? Great, we would like your staff to visit our clinic and meet with our office manager Kelly and the business owner to set up the best practice to start referring clients to you. When can we schedule this visit? Our goal is to increase our referral network and obtain new patient referrals by building relationships with the following groups, 1. Personal Injury Attorneys 2. Case Management 3. Doctors 4. Chiropractors These relationships will refer patients to us once they know our offering. Your job is to manage an aggressive outreach campaign to simply make contact and schedule in person visits to our clinic. Thats it, the sales dept will close deals. The following is what will be expected to produce visits, •Email campaign which is AI generated and in place •Calling lead sources Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and build rapport Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, clearly articulating product benefits and solutions tailored to client needs Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and maximize outreach effectiveness Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales activities, and client feedback for continuous improvement Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on B2B environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to building relationships and generating new business opportunities We value motivated individuals eager to develop their sales career while delivering exceptional value to clients.
