AT&T Customer Representative:
Interact with customers to promote AT&T's products and services that are tailored to their needs and offer personalized solutions to improve their daily lives Stay informed on all products, services, and promotions to promote their value and increase sales opportunities effectively Attend meetings with the senior management and sales team leads and other AT&T Representatives to collaborate on improving marketing strategies and contribute to improving sales campaigns to drive account performance Assist in providing top-notch customer service with escalated customer issues by identifying customers' questions and concerns and offering solutions in a professional manner Keep up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor account sales performance and ensure a smooth enrollment process and customer satisfaction Qualifications of an
AT&T Customer Representative:
