Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Must Reside Within New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, or Southern California Are you a driven insurance sales professional with a proven track record of success? HealthMarkets is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Full Cycle Sales Representative. Role Overview In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. You will leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients over the phone and via video conferencing, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. This is an opportunity to own the customer relationship and drive significant revenue growth. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls. Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospects by actively listening and demonstrating empathy. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services. Effectively manage and nurture a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Handle objections and negotiate terms to secure new business. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice. Compensation This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure.
