The Marketplace Telesales Red Shirt is responsible for state telesales and retention through the call center. Required to work collaboratively with state external sales representatives and sales management.

What You'll Do:

Educate members and non-members about what options are available and how plans work.

Schedule appointments for members who would like to come into an Independent Health office to review the plan options.

Work with the NYSOH Marketplace to assist members' enrollments/renewals.

Review members/non-members list of drugs and doctors to make sure they would be covered under the Independent Health plan should the person decide to enroll.

Complete new enrollment and renewal applications over the phone or in person

Job Requirements
