Job Description
CURRENT WILMINGTON OR CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO RESIDENTS ONLY
Do you love talking with people and building relationships? We're looking for an outgoing, professional Cold Calling Specialist with at least 1-2 years of outbound calling or sales experience to join our team. You'll connect with small business owners from our existing database, introduce them to our website and marketing services, identify businesses that may benefit from switching providers, and guide interested prospects through the sales process. No prospecting or lead sourcing is required. We already have the leads, systems, and sales process in place—we're looking for someone who can confidently start conversations and turn qualified opportunities into new customers.Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to our database of targeted small businesses. Follow up with prospects who have received information about our services. Identify prospects who have a genuine need and interest in switching providers. Manage opportunities from initial conversation through signed agreement. Record calls, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM. Meet weekly and monthly call and sales goals. Help open and close our local office and assist occasional walk-in customers.Qualifications:
1-2 years of outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales experience. Excellent phone, conversation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with business owners. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Comfortable learning and using online software and CRM systems.Job Details:
