Job Summary:

Handling incoming and outgoing calls to customers, data entry with accuracy into the computer. Also must maintain friendly and helpful communications with customers. Some sales. Our office hours are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, occasional Saturdays Responsibilities and Duties Informs homeowners of necessary actions / services needed to achieve desired results; Completes daily paperwork; Works with supervisor to ensure acceptable performance standards are met; Participates in company meetings, committee meetings, and team meetings; Other duties as needed. Qualifications and Skills Good/clean driving record; Ability to converse face to face as well as over the phone well; Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills; Enjoys working with people and community; Ability to work extended hours with some flexibility; Legible handwriting; Understanding of the need for accuracy and complete communications; Comfortable navigating computer programs; Ability to overcome challenges and propose alternate solutions as conditions dictate; Demonstrates willingness to learn horticulture knowledge and skills necessary to complete job objectives; High School Diploma or equivalent.
