Job Description

Topline Heating & Air is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our growing team. If you have a passion for speaking with people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by achieving goals, we'd love to hear from you!
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type:
Full-Time |
Long-Term Schedule:
U.S. Eastern Time, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours/week Must be available on weekends
On-Site Location:
Lancaster, PA 17603
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to prospective customers Follow company scripts and processes to qualify leads Schedule qualified appointments directly into the calendar Handle basic customer objections professionally and confidently Accurately update customer information and interaction notes in the CRM Meet daily call and appointment-setting goals
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of recent direct appointment setting experience (required) Previous call center, inside sales, or customer service experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, coachable, and able to work in a goal-driven environment
