•$50,000.00 per year Job description: Job Overview We are hiring a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to handle outbound calls and set sales appointments for our dealership. This is a high-volume calling position with strong commission potential for driven individuals. Responsibilities Make 75+ outbound calls per day Set and confirm appointments for the sales department Follow up with internet, phone, and CRM leads Accurately log all customer interactions Meet daily and monthly appointment goals Schedule 5-6 days per week
Monday-Friday:
10:00 AM
•7:00 PM Saturday (Required): 10:00 AM
•6:00 PM Compensation $30,000 annual base salary Aggressive commission pay plan Performance-based bonuses Advancement opportunities Qualifications Prior BDC, call center, or automotive experience preferred (not required) Strong phone communication skills Comfortable with high call volume Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented Ability to work Saturdays Bilingual a plus!
