Present customized commercial solutions to lower costs and optimize business operations. Build rapport, uncover client needs, and aggressively close new business deals. Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly revenue performance goals. Track leads, calls, and conversions accurately within the CRM platform. What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or B2B business development. Confident, persuasive phone presence with strong negotiation and closing skills. Proven ability to build quick trust with business executives. Tech-savvy with experience navigating CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A self-motivated, hungry mindset driven by commission and performance targets.
