$10.00 - $15.00 per hour depending on experience, plus 3% - 5% bonus on every deal that closes About NP Capital NP Capital is a DFW-based real estate investment company. We source off-market single family and small multifamily properties. We are growing our acquisitions floor and we need callers who can start conversations that turn into contracts. The Role You are the front of the pipeline. You call property owners, find out who wants to sell, and hand qualified leads to our Acquisition Associates. No experience required. We train you on the scripts, the dialer, and the CRM. If you can hold a conversation and take direction, you can do this job. What You'll Do Make 500+ outbound calls per day on our dialer to off-market property owner lists Follow the script, ask the qualifying questions, and find motivated sellers Log every call, note, and disposition in our CRM (Podio) Set appointments and warm transfer live sellers to the acquisitions team Follow up on old leads that never got closed Hit daily and weekly call and appointment targets Show up to the Monday morning team meeting and the daily huddle What We're Looking For Clear speaking voice and comfortable talking to strangers on the phone Thick skin. You will hear no a lot before you hear yes Coachable. We will correct your tone, your pacing, and your questions, and you will apply it Reliable attendance. The phones do not dial themselves Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement Prior call center, sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus and moves you up the pay range Compensation $10 to $15 per hour based on experience level 3% to 5% bonus on every deal that closes from a lead you generated Our average deal fee is around $20,000, so a single closed deal pays $600 to $1,000 on top of your hourly No cap. The more sellers you find, the more you make Paid weekly Schedule Monday through Friday, full-time Hybrid remote.
