Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Phone Banker. In this position, you will reach out to voters, share information about our mission, and encourage civic engagement. Your efforts will help mobilize support and increase voter turnout during critical campaign periods.

Duties :

Conduct outbound calls to voters to discuss campaign issues and initiatives. Gather feedback and insights to inform campaign strategies. Document interactions and maintain accurate voter records. Work collaboratively with the campaign team to meet outreach goals.

Skills :

Bilingual (fluent in English and another language) is preferred but not required Ability to effectively communicate the benefits of supporting our cause Comfortable talking to anyone over the phone.
