Home ImprovementAbout the Role Looking for an energetic and motivated Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments for our home improvement sales team. Schedule qualified in-home estimates for our sales team. Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email. Update customer information in our CRM. Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call. Requirements Excellent communication skills. Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone. Basic computer skills. Reliable, punctual, and coachable. Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
