Overview Join our dynamic sales team as a Cold Calling Specialist and ignite new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls! Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients across various industries, focusing on generating new leads and expanding our customer base Engage potential customers with compelling conversations that highlight the value of our products and services Qualify inbound inquiries and identify opportunities for further engagement through warm calling techniques Negotiate terms and present tailored solutions to meet client needs effectively Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and pipeline status Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships, address questions, and move deals forward in the sales cycle Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on outbound calling Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer interactions Knowledge of technology or technical sales is highly desirable Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining a professional demeanor during persistent outreach efforts Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward business development Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This paid position welcomes energetic professionals eager to sharpen their sales expertise while making meaningful connections.
