Job Description

This is a 40 hour/week, in office role located in the Dallas Metropolitan Area (Allen, TX). At Adaptive-X, we are committed to helping people who, personally, or through their loved ones, have been harmed by products or services. Our company is searching for an experienced phone professional capable of creative and thoughtful conversations over many inbound and outbound calls. In addition, this person will need to positively contribute to our unique company culture and exhibit the core values including results focus, teamwork, and customer focus. This is a temporary hourly position with the opportunity to be converted to full-time employment, based on tenure and performance. This is a hybrid sales position with an incremental monthly incentive target beyond base pay following the temporary timeline.
Core Duties and Key Responsibilities:
The core duties and key responsibilities of a Legal Intake Specialist revolve around supporting potential clients. Responsibilities are inclusive of the following but are not limited to:
  • Make a large amount of outbound calls
  • Receive inbound calls from existing and new potential clients
  • Present our services in a compelling way
  • Facilitate the sending and receiving of documents
  • Walk clients through the execution of their documents
  • Follow standard operating policies and procedures
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a contact center, customer service, legal or sales related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
