The people who tend to do well in this role often come from backgrounds like: Customer-Facing Experience Servers, bartenders, hosts, and restaurant staff Retail and mall employees Hospitality and hotel staff Customer service and call center roles Front desk and reception positions Coffee shops, gyms, and other high-interaction environments Competitive & Performance Backgrounds Wireless or electronics sales Automotive Fitness and sports Sales Roofing, solar, or pest control Other goal-oriented or performance-driven positions No previous wireless experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help you learn AT&T products, customer conversations, and the sales process.
