Job Description

Vachon GMC Mansfield BDC Representative We have an immediate opening for a full-time BDC/ Internet Sales Agent to join our growing team. Enjoy the benefits of working with a customer-driven, family-owned dealer group.

Responsibilities:

Following up on all unsold customers and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met. Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales. Contact customers based on current marketing incentives. Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers. Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone. Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales. Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts and chats. Work directly with the Sales Manager to provide penny-perfect quotes.

Qualifications:

Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments. Knowledge of call center environment. Positive, outgoing, customer-friendly disposition Excellent computer skills required.
