Job Description
Bert Ogden McAllen Nissan is seeking full-time BDC Internet Representatives to connect with customers, follow up on leads, and schedule dealership appointments. Responsibilities Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers Respond to internet leads by phone and email throughout the buying process Qualify customer needs and schedule appointments with Sales Representatives Document customer interactions and maintain accurate follow-up activity Listen carefully, communicate clearly, and help interpret customer needs Work with the sales team to achieve shared goals Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with high-volume phone calls, email follow-up, and asking for appointments Professional, dependable, organized, and goal-oriented Able to build rapport quickly and follow dealership-approved processes Team-focused with a high level of honesty and integrity Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance Paid vacation and paid holidays Employee discount Performance incentives Career development opportunities Job type: Full-time Work location: In person
