About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through phone calls, website inquiries, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with product inquiries, prepare quotes, identify solutions, and help ensure every customer receives prompt and professional service. This role handles a high volume of customer inquiries each day and requires someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working through details to ensure quotes, orders, and customer requests are handled correctly. Success in this role comes from consistency, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and website leads Gather information to understand customer needs and identify potential solutions Create and manage customer quotes and estimates Assist customers with product selection, availability, pricing, and order-related questions Research alternate or equivalent products when requested items are unavailable Follow up on open quotes and information requests as needed Accurately document customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities within our CRM system Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative Follow established procedures, communication standards, and service expectations Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience Qualifications 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, or a related role preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable learning new software and technology Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills CRM experience (NetSuite) is a plus but not required What We Offer Training and support Stable, growing company Team-oriented work environment Benefits Benefits become available after a 30-day introductory employment period and include: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with
