Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote packages, special offers, and schedule appointments for the sales team Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong customer relationships Utilize technology and CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, pricing, and service options

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable using technology and CRM software Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
