Job Description
We need one closer to run acquisitions in Hampton Roads. This is the commission seat at Grubstake LLC, a Norfolk HomeVestors franchise. We close 15-25 deals a year. You run the appointment, write the offer, and close it. The seat is built around outbound. From day one, you generate your own pipeline — lists, networks, AI tools, direct mail, door-knocking, referrals, whatever puts a deal on your desk before competitors find it. Once you've proven you can produce, we start routing inbound seller leads from our marketing to your desk too. The harder you hunt, the bigger your year — and the more leads we send your way.

You earn the spigot. Not for someone who pressure-sells. Our sellers are often in tough spots; we treat them straight or we lose deals AND our reputation.
