Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Beckley, WV. In this customer support and call center role, you will assist customers through inbound interactions while promoting satellite internet services, explaining product options, resolving service needs, and helping customers choose the right connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions to provide support while promoting satellite internet services.
• Assist customers with equipment activation, password resets, service plan management, and general account inquiries.
• Educate customers on product features, service availability, speed, reliability, installation details, and hardware options.
• Recommend tailored service plans based on customer needs and close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Process orders, complete service requests, update customer information, and accurately document interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction expectations. Compensation and Benefits

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or telecommunications is helpful, but training is provided.
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly way.
• Goal-driven mindset with motivation to achieve sales and service targets.
• Comfortable using computers, multiple systems, and communication tools.
• Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional when resolving customer concerns.
• Flexibility to work various shifts based on program needs. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or a call center environment.
• Experience promoting internet, mobile, cable, satellite, or technology-based services.
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with sales targets and quality goals.
