process expertise for scenario design and test data creation Support data mapping, translation rules, cross-reference maintenance, and open item conversion activities Contribute to cutover planning, readiness activities, and migration tasks Maintain Azure DevOps work items, documentation, and progress tracking Provide post-go-live support for FICA processes, including monitoring payment interfaces, dunning runs, settlement jobs, and issue resolution Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, BRF+ rules, correspondence forms, and integrations with external payment providers Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring FICA configuration aligns with financial controls and reporting requirements Document all technical and functional work, including designs, diagrams, test plans, impact analysis, lessons learned, and best practices Develop and maintain productive relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, project sponsors, vendors, and clients Lead and participate in project activities related to enterprise systems Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and responsibilities Follow organizational standards, policies, and procedures Utilize required software and technology tools to perform job duties Minimum Experience / Skillset Experience with at least one full-cycle

SAP S/4HANA

implementation 5+ years as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA expertise (8+ years preferred) Strong understanding of FICA processes including payments, dunning, collections, interest, open item management, and CI/GL integration Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA-related enhancements is a plus Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Microsoft ADO Testing Module Desired Skills 3+ years of

experience preferred Experience with enterprise business solutions and SAP projects Familiarity with

ITIL / ITSM

methodologies and practices Certifications / Education

SAP S/4HANA BRIM
