Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud Consultant to support implementation and enhancement projects for our clients across the USA. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver SAP Service Cloud solutions, gather requirements, configure the system, and support testing and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP Service Cloud solutions Gather and analyze business requirements Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Support testing, training, and deployment activities Provide issue resolution and ongoing system support

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud Strong communication and client-facing skills Experience in implementation and support projects Ability to work independently and in team environments
