A RECEPTIONIST FOR DENTAL OFFICE ON SATURDAYS

• We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office setting and possess knowledge of medical records and terminology.

• Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Maintain patient records using Open Dental
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow

• Experience:

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office
• Proficiency in Open Dental software is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
