Duties Assist in preparing meat ingredients according to established recipes and specifications Learn and perform meat cutting and grinding techniques with proper knife skills Support the sausage manufacturing process, including stuffing, linking, and packaging Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area in compliance with OSHA and HACCP guidelines Operate basic machinery and equipment used in food processing with proper mechanical knowledge Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations Help with inventory management, including packaging materials and raw ingredients Participate in routine sanitation procedures to uphold a safe and hygienic food processing environment Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with a sausage making environments is

REQUIRED
