Saw Cutter

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Saw Cutter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for precisely cutting and shaping various materials using a range of advanced machinery and tools. Responsibilities Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic saws to cut metal, wood, or plastics according to blueprints and work orders. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to accurately produce parts. Program CNC machines using specialized software to ensure precise cuts and shapes according to project requirements. Fabricate components from sheet metal and other materials with attention to detail, ensuring proper tooling setup and alignment. Skills Proficiency in operating CNC laser cutting machines, plasma cutting systems, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, electrical discharge machining (EDM), and other fabrication tools. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings including GD&T standards. Experience with CNC programming software and troubleshooting machine operations for optimal performance

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating industrial manufacturing saws or CNC machinery.
