Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Saw Technician. This position operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a starting rate of $21.71 per hour.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Saw Technician. In this role, you will use specialized tools to process materials and fittings to a specified angle, length, or shape. Your work directly contributes to the quality and reliability of our products, which serve critical infrastructure across the country. Operate heavy equipment safely and confidently for fitting fabrication Use measuring tools accurately, such as tape measures Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing safety and quality Operate various power tools and saws to cut materials to defined specifications Wear appropriate safety gear as directed by the safety team and supervisor Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Follow clear instructions and seek clarification when needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace; perform daily resets Support other departments as needed Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Must be 18 years of age or older Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred; experience with plastics is a plus Comfortable with measurement systems and basic math Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Self-motivated with effective communication skills and a willingness to learn Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture Ability to lift 30-40 lbs safelyWorking Conditions:
Active role requiring mobility, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 30-40 lbs Use of hand tools Fast-paced environment requiring focus and sensory attentionWhat We Offer:
