Retail Sales Associate

Our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts is looking for passionate and hard-working individuals to join our family as a Retail Sales Associate . Our key to serving the community begins with our Retail Sales Associates by showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn. We depend on our Counter Sales team to exemplify our commitment to quality, and service. We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs
• Helping team members when working with customers
• Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems
• Learning about the always changing world of automotive
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
• Full time position must be available to work any days of the week
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and professional conduct
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
