Scaffold Builder ( 3+ Years of Construction Experience)

Overview We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding systems that ensure safe access and support for various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site. Duties Assemble and disassemble scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations. Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety compliance before use. Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure seamless integration of scaffolding with ongoing work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to determine scaffold requirements. Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively during the building process. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in training new team members on proper scaffold building techniques and safety practices. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy equipment related to scaffold construction. Knowledge of drywall installation, concrete finishing, tile laying, and carpentry is advantageous. Familiarity with construction inspection processes to ensure compliance with safety standards. Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. Experience with welding techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
