We're looking for a driven, organized Sales & Office Manager to be the face of our business — someone who takes ownership, keeps things running smoothly, and loves helping customers find the right solution for their home. What you'll do Sell custom closets, kitchen cabinets, and modern doors to new and existing clients Prepare quotes, contracts, and proposals Manage daily office operations: scheduling, billing, and client communications Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with leads Use design software to assist clients in visualizing their spaces What we're looking for Experience with design software (2020 Design, SketchUp, or similar) — strongly preferred Sales experience a plus — full hands-on training provided Bilingual English / Spanish is a big plus Comfortable with outbound calls — cold, warm, and follow-ups Strong communication, organization, and people skills Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Why Join us Competitive base pay plus commission — and for motivated candidates, access to our exterior door / closets dealership program with uncapped earning potential Our dealership program rewards effort directly.
