Required skills: 8+ years in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or endpoint management Strong interest and working knowledge of enterprise AI tools and endpoint requirements Deep expertise in app packaging and deployment using SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT, and macOS/Windows formats Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Autopilot, and modern device management experience Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python automation Solid Windows 10/11, macOS, AD, Group Policy, and endpoint security knowledge Experience creating deployment metrics, dashboards, and operational documentation Strong troubleshooting, process design, and communication skills
