Scheduler Dispatcher

Job Overview Responsible for overseeing all trips from initial contact through completion of transport including tracking, reporting, and invoicing. Duties Develop and maintain daily transportation schedules using transportation management systems Trip Master. Ensure exceptional communication with drivers, customers, and other personnel. Provide customers with information on the estimated pick-ups and drop-offs and company policies. Minimum Requirements Must be 18 years of age with valid Ohio Driver's License. Must have and maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass criminal and background checks.
