COPY LINK link Scheduler / Planner (Direct Hire Opportunity) Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturinganization to identify a Scheduler/Planner who will play a critical role in driving production efficiency, ensuring material availability, and supporting overall operational success. This is a direct hire opportunity within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and monitor material requisitions and work orders to align with daily and long-term production goals. Coordinate workflow between supply chain, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Track and report production status, material availability, and order progress to leadership. Provide accurate lead times and projected ship dates based on capacity and scheduling priorities. Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and production challenges, delivering effective solutions. Support reporting, planning analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a steady, efficient production flow.
Qualifications:
Experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain coordination in a manufacturing environment required. Strong analytical,anizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellentmunication skills with the ability to work across departments. Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel preferred. Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and production targets.

Pay Details:
