Summary We are seeking a Nursing Scheduler and a Caregiver Assistant scheduler to join our Brazil office team. These vital roles will support our team by managing client nursing scheduling needs and caregiver scheduling administrative tasks efficiently, providing excellent support to both internal and external customers, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional home care services. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, families, and staff. Follow established procedures, being flexible to change for continuous improvement. Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks. Ensure effective communication within the team through proper phone etiquette and organizational skills. Support office management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
