The Role We're looking for a motivated, organized individual to own production scheduling for our machine shop while also managing shipping, receiving, machine shop purchasing, and outside processing coordination (heat treat and plating). This is a high-visibility role with real impact on shop performance and on-time delivery. What You'll Do Build and manage the daily production schedule using Epicor ERP Review Sales Order Acknowledgments and maintain the Engineering workbench for repeat parts Source, quote, and purchase materials and tooling for the machine shop Receive inbound freight, raw material, and purchased parts verify against POs and process in Epicor Process all outbound shipments with proper documentation (BOL, packing lists, material certs) Coordinate with approved heat treat and plating vendors including issuing POs, communicating specs, and tracking returns. Keep the dock area and staging zones organized and moving What We're Looking For 2+ years in manufacturing scheduling, production control, shipping/receiving, or a related operations role ERP experience required - Epicor knowledge is a strong plus Comfortable on the shop floor and able to read job routers and work orders Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T preferred.
