How you'll contribute A Senior Scheduling Coordinator who excels in this role: Receives patient scheduling information from physician offices and electronically adjusts schedule, ensuring accuracy and appropriate time allotment for procedures. Arranges schedules to ensure timely patient flow through perioperative period. Keeps schedule updated with add-on's and cancellations Communicates with anesthesia regarding coverage and concerns. Communicates any special needs for procedures, or concerns regarding patient care to manager/director or charge RN Maintains calendar and updates with physician vacations and department changes. Senior Scheduling Coordinator:

Education :

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Associates Degree preferred

Preferred Minimum Work Experience :
