Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an exciting opportunity supporting students' communication development in an educational setting. This contract-based position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for making a lasting impact on young learners.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Experience providing speech and language services within school environments Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation Excellent collaboration and communication skills with educators, students, and families Ability to adapt therapy interventions to individual student needs
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain detailed records and progress notes aligned with district and federal regulations Work in partnership with multidisciplinary Teams on student evaluations, IEP development, and service delivery Involve families and teachers in supporting speech-language progress in daily activities Attend case conferences and contribute to ongoing professional learning
