Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' speech and language development by bringing your expertise to a welcoming school setting near Harwood, TX. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and help young learners achieve their communication goals in a positive, supportive environment. Your background in Speech-Language Pathology, especially with CCC certification, will enable you to provide high-quality therapeutic services and guidance. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Texas Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and organization skills Ability to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other support staff
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress Consult regularly with teachers and parents to support student outcomes Maintain necessary documentation and participate in IEP meetings Adapt therapy techniques to meet each student's specific needs Perks of this
