School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clinical Fellow (CFY) A supportive school district in the Oxnard, CA area is now looking to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a full-time position. 35-40 hours per week

Assignment Dates:

ASAP - June 17, 2026

Pay:

$50-55+/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services under the supervision of a certified SLP Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Support students with articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, and pragmatic language needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and eligibility decisions Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with district/state requirements Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Serve a K-12 caseload of up to 50 students across 1-2 school sites Work closely with an on-site SLP for supervision and CFY mentorship

Experience:

Clinical Fellows (CFY candidates) encouraged to apply School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Education/Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for or active California SLP licensure CFY eligible through ASHA (Clinical Fellowship Year track)
