School-Based SLP | Greensboro, North Carolina Soliant - 3.9 Greensboro, NC Job Details Full-time | Contract Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Working with individuals with speech impairments Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. What We're Looking For:
Current, active SLP license for North Carolina Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential Required educator certifications for school-based practice Previous experience in a school-based SLP role is highly valued Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt to a variety of caseloads and age groups Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards in therapyWhat You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students, adapting interventions to meet individual student needs Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with school teams to ensure supportive learning environments Document services, maintain compliance with district and state guidelines, and communicate progress with stakeholders Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP team discussionsAdditional Details:
