School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Windsor, California ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Windsor, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $45.53 - $72.53 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Speech disorders support Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to high school students in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time, onsite contract position supports 9th-12th graders, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in their academic and social development. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated educators and staff to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans for students, fostering communication skills vital for their success.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working in a school-based setting, particularly at the high school level Strong communication and collaboration abilities Able to work onsite, providing direct student services SLPA supervision is not required for this role
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students in grades 9-12 Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions regarding student goals Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with school district requirements Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
