School-Based Therapist (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) Structured Schedule + Summer 4-Day Workweeks If you've worked in community mental health or school-based settings, you know how important clear expectations, manageable structure, and strong support are. At Mindful Behavioral Care, we've built our approach with those priorities in mind. What Makes This Role Different ✔ Full-time during the school year, including time off for Christmas and Spring Break aligned with the school calendar (in addition to PTO), plus a four-day workweek in the summer with Fridays off ✔ You're part of a clinician-led team that understands the day-to-day realities of your role ✔ You'll have consistent clinical support and supervision What You'll Do Provide school-based individual and group therapy Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment recommendations Work directly with teachers, parents, and school teams Support students with emotional regulation, behavior, and social skills Participate in case consultation and treatment planning

Schedule & Work-Life Balance School Year:

Monday-Friday in assigned schools

Summer:

Monday-Thursday (Fridays off) Occasional evening hours required to attend school functions or complete assessments with parents who need after-school availability What You Can Expect From Us Week of Christmas and Spring Break off (aligned with the school calendar) 2 weeks PTO plus paid holidays Free CEUs and licensure renewal support Clinical supervision for those pursuing independent licensure 401(k) with employer contribution Healthcare reimbursement (up to $250/month for qualified expenses) Ongoing case consultation and access to peer support A team that collaborates

Who We're Looking For Required:

Ohio license (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC) Valid driver's license

Preferred:
