PM School Year Dates:

August 19, 2026•June 11, 2027 Caseload & Responsibilities DO-based BCBA position supporting approximately 3-4 GUSD sites Mixed grade levels across the district Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and behavioral support to staff and educational teams Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families Manage and supervise 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and case management skills Ability to travel between school sites as needed Compensation for this position ranges from $52.50 to $72.50.
