Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Experience working with children or in a school environment is highly valued. Familiarity with basic first aid and standard medical procedures. Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and clear communication in a fast-paced setting. Strong sense of confidentiality and commitment to student privacy. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist students with daily health needs under direction of school nursing staff. Provide support with personal care, mobility, and basic hygiene tasks. Monitor students for signs of illness or distress and report observations promptly. Document care provided and maintain accurate records in line with school protocols. Escort students between classrooms and nurse's office as needed. Uphold safety and infection-control procedures in all interactions. Collaborate with fellow staff to promote a healthy school environment.
