Qualifications:

Must be a licensed School Counselor in the state of Kansas. Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field. School experience is preferred but not required.

Skills & Abilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs. Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches. Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with staff and families. Deliver crisis intervention and connect students with appropriate resources. Use data to monitor progress and support a positive, proactive school environment. This position is available to be filled immediately.
