In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic direction, operational management, and academic excellence of the private school. Your leadership will foster a vibrant learning environment that promotes student success, staff development, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, possesses strong management skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are valued. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the summer camp and school program operations Supervise and support camp staff, interns, and office personnel Ensure student safety, engagement, and positive behavior management Develop and oversee daily schedules, activities, and instructional programming Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and organizational leadership Monitor attendance, program quality, and staff performance Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and licensing requirements Support student recruitment and family engagement efforts Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the school's mission, vision, and long-term goals. Lead curriculum development initiatives to ensure high-quality, innovative educational programs that meet diverse student needs. Oversee daily school operations, including administration, staffing, and resource management to ensure smooth functioning. Manage the school budget effectively, including planning, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability through fundraising efforts. Supervise senior leadership team members and staff, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth. Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and community partners to promote a positive school culture. Lead public speaking engagements and represent the school at community events to enhance visibility and support. Skills Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and working directly with students. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and implementing educational best practices. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams of educators and staff at various levels. Strong strategic planning abilities coupled with effective budgeting and resource allocation skills. Successful track record in fundraising activities to support school programs and initiatives. Exceptional communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution. Qualifications:
