Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the summer camp and school program operations Supervise and support camp staff, interns, and office personnel Ensure student safety, engagement, and positive behavior management Develop and oversee daily schedules, activities, and instructional programming Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and organizational leadership Monitor attendance, program quality, and staff performance Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and licensing requirements Support student recruitment and family engagement efforts Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the school's mission, vision, and long-term goals. Lead curriculum development initiatives to ensure high-quality, innovative educational programs that meet diverse student needs. Oversee daily school operations, including administration, staffing, and resource management to ensure smooth functioning.
