Day Shift Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide healthcare support within a school setting. This role includes delivering one-on-one care to a student, assisting in the school nurse's office, and floating between school sites as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and committed to supporting student health and well-being. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 nursing care to an assigned student Support daily operations in the school nurse's office Float between multiple school sites as required Monitor student health status and report any changes Administer medications as prescribed Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records and documentation Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers Ensure a safe and supportive environment for students Required Qualifications Active California LVN license (required) Preferred Qualifications School-based or pediatric experience preferred Required Skills & Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different school environments Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and student-focused approach to care For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-862-1203.
