Key Qualifications:

Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Familiarity with IEP process and ability to collaborate on goals Proven skills in therapies related to sensory integration, fine motor development, and adaptive strategies Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom experience

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services per ESY program requirements Evaluate students to identify functional needs and goals Develop and implement individualized plans (IEPs) tailored to each student Collaborate closely with special education staff, including Amanda Taylor OT, teachers, and administrators Support classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports Engage in regular team meetings to support student achievement
