This per diem opportunity is available now through June 30th, supporting a student in need of 19 OT sessions. You'll work closely with families to arrange appointments that fit their schedules, bringing your expertise directly into the home environment near Freehold, NJ.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant credentials for school-based and home health settings
• Previous experience in school and/or pediatric home health occupational therapy
• Ability to adapt therapeutic activities for virtual or in-home delivery
• Strong communication skills to engage families and collaborate with educational team members
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to coordinate flexible schedules

Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one OT sessions directly to a student receiving home instruction
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions based on student needs
• Collaborate proactively with parents or guardians to coordinate session times and share student progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support compliance and reporting
• Adjust interventions as needed to help the student achieve IEP goals and maximize their independence
