Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students' development through occupational therapy services. We're seeking two dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide onsite services, one in the Phoenix area and the other nearby in Peoria. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping students access their education and achieve their fullest potential.
What We're Looking For:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students preferred Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adjust interventions to individual student needs Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card highly preferred Comfortable working onsite exclusively; remote or hybrid options are not available Please note: Open to OTs only—COTAs are not eligible for this position
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' functional needs in school environments Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote student participation and success Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students' goals Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative guidance within the school environment Adapt strategies and tools to accommodate various learning styles and challenges Why This Opportunity?
